Turions Facility Services currently specializes in professional plant care services for commercial environments, including but not limited to:

• Scheduled Plant Visits

• Plant Health Monitoring

• Customized Plant Care Solutions

The scope of each project will be agreed upon individually through quotations, service agreements, or written confirmation.

3. Quotations

All quotations provided by Turions Facility Services are:

• Free of charge unless otherwise stated

• Valid for 30 days unless specified differently

• Subject to site inspection where applicable

• Based on the information provided by the client

We reserve the right to revise quotations if project requirements change.

4. Service Agreements

A service contract becomes effective once:

• A written quotation is accepted,

• A service agreement is signed, or

• Written confirmation is received by email.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe access to the premises.

• Ensure work areas are accessible during scheduled visits.

• Inform us of any hazards or special requirements.

• Provide accurate information regarding plants and facilities.

• Notify us promptly of any changes affecting scheduled services.

Failure to provide access may result in additional charges.

6. Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled in agreement with the client.

We will always make reasonable efforts to arrive on time.

However, delays caused by:

• Traffic

• Weather

• Emergencies

• Circumstances beyond our control

shall not constitute a breach of contract.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur additional charges.

8. Pricing

Prices are stated in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.

Applicable VAT (where required) will be added according to German tax regulations.

Prices may change for future services but never for already confirmed bookings.

9. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in:

• Reminder notices

• Statutory interest charges

• Suspension of future services

10. Limitation of Liability

Turions Facility Services performs all services with professional care and industry best practices.

However, we shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing plant diseases

• Damage caused by pests

• Poor plant quality supplied by third parties

• Environmental conditions beyond our control

• Force majeure events

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided unless otherwise required by law.

11. Plant Health

While we strive to maintain healthy plants, we cannot guarantee plant survival where factors beyond our control exist, including:

• Inadequate lighting

• Improper temperature

• Building conditions

• Pest infestations

• Lack of cooperation from third parties

Recommendations provided by our team should be followed for optimal results.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Severe weather

• Government restrictions

• Strikes

• Power failures

• Public emergencies
